Meet the Instructor

Hello and welcome!  My name is Haseenah & I'm a certified yoga practitioner with  focused training in breathwork, meditation and life transformation.  Meditation is a cornerstone of traditional yogic philosophy and is incorporated in every practice.  I understand firsthand how challenging the journey of healing and transformation can be.  My path has been shaped by the trials of personal tragedy and loss.  Through these experiences, I have discovered the profound power of yoga, somatics, meditation and most importantly the healing essence of love.

My journey began over 10 years ago following the sudden loss of my mother and brother.  Yoga became more than a practice; it became a lifeline.  Surely, it takes a resilient spirit to move past any tragedy. The embodiment of movement and the grounding of meditation guided me through the darkest times. These practices have not only contributed to healing my body but also mended my heart. Yoga has helped me to find and maintain holistic wellness.  This experience led me to want to share my knowledge with others. 


As a teacher, I integrate sound healing & meditation into my classes, creating a space where students can reconnect with their bodies, release emotional burdens, and cultivate inner peace. I believe that our bodies hold deep wisdom and through mindful movement and breathwork, we can access this wisdom to heal and prosper.

Love is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. I believe that, in its purest form, love is the ultimate healer. Whether it’s through self-love, the love we share with others, or the love we receive from the universe, it is the foundation upon which true healing is built. In my classes, I strive to create an environment filled with compassion, support and non-judgmental acceptance, where every individual feels seen, valued and loved.

My goal is to awaken what's already inside you as you navigate your own journey of healing and self-discovery. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, I invite you to join me in exploring the transformative power of yoga and meditation. Together, we can cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
